About the Role

This is not a coffee-run internship. You will be hired as a full-time Software Intern working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Web3 — two of the most consequential technology shifts happening right now — and you will learn how production-grade software is actually built, shipped, and defended.

You will be trained one-on-one by Mayur Raiturkar, a senior engineer who led security for Berachain’s Mainnet launch and hardened Binance’s 180+ blockchain node fleet. The goal is simple: take a motivated entry-level candidate and turn them into an engineer who can operate at the standard of top-tier global teams — without leaving Goa.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll work across the full stack, touching real systems in both AI and Web3:

– Build and ship features for AI-native applications — integrating LLMs, building agentic workflows, wiring up retrieval pipelines, and turning prompts into dependable product behavior.
– Contribute to Web3 components — interacting with smart contracts, working with on-chain data, writing integration layers between traditional web services and blockchain infrastructure.
– Write clean, well-tested code in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Go (you will pick up what you don’t know — that is part of the job).
– Work with modern web frameworks (React/Next.js), APIs, and real databases — not just tutorials.
– Learn DevSecOps the right way: Git workflows, CI/CD, containerization, basic Kubernetes, and how to write code that won’t be destroyed in a code review.
– Participate in real product decisions, real debugging sessions, and real shipping deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring for raw engineering potential, not polished resumes.

You’re a fit if you:

– Are a recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field — or a self-taught engineer who can prove their chops.
– Can write clean code in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or C++) and aren’t afraid of the others.
– Understand the basics of the web: HTTP, REST APIs, databases, Git.
– Have genuine curiosity about AI (LLMs, agents, embeddings) and Web3 (smart contracts, wallets, on-chain data) — even if you haven’t shipped anything serious in either yet.
– Can read documentation and debug your own problems before pinging someone.
– Communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
– Are willing to relocate to or are already based in or around South Goa.

Strong bonuses (not required):

– A GitHub with actual projects — even small ones — that show you build things.
– Hackathon participation, open-source contributions, or AI/Web3 side projects.
– Exposure to Solidity, ethers.js/viem, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
– Basic familiarity with Linux and the command line.

You’re probably not a fit if:

– You want a job that ends at 6:00 PM sharp with no intellectual investment.
– You learned one framework and refuse to learn anything else.
– You think “AI” means copy-pasting ChatGPT output without understanding it.

– Direct mentorship from Mayur Raiturkar — 8 years of senior engineering experience across Berachain, Binance, Trust Wallet, nClouds, and enterprise clients including MariaDB, Fiserv, and Veracyte (NASDAQ: VCYT). Industry certifications include CKS, CKA, CKAD, and AWS Solutions Architect. You will be trained by someone who has actually shipped production systems under real adversarial conditions.
– A structured learning path covering software engineering fundamentals, AI application development, and Web3 infrastructure.
– Exposure to modern tooling used at top global engineering teams: Kubernetes, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, and more.
– Real responsibility on real projects — your commits will be in production.
– A clear trajectory: strong interns have a path to full-time roles and leadership within the organization.

– Location: Margao, South Goa — on-site. This is intentional. Early-career growth happens fastest when you can turn your chair around and ask a question.
