Role Overview
SPARK+ Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can confidently engage with clients, communicate value propositions, and drive relationship-led growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels in public communication, pitching ideas, and representing a tech brand across both physical and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer outreach and engagement activities from initial contact to follow-up
Deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and product walkthroughs to clients and partners
Manage communication across email, social media, and direct client interactions
Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through networking and proactive outreach
Represent SPARK+ at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and industry events
Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, social media, and brand positioning
Assist in planning and coordinating events and promotional activities
Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Track leads, interactions, and campaign performance, and prepare concise reports
Qualifications & Skills Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in public speaking and pitching
Ability to build rapport, influence conversations, and maintain professional relationships
Creative mindset with attention to detail in messaging and presentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive approach with consistent follow-up and ownership of tasks
Basic understanding of technology or digital products is a plus
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
Exposure to content creation, social media, or community engagement
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CRM systems, email automation, or analytics platforms
