Shift Timings: Mon to Fri – Job Timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees. The role focuses on onboarding, continuous learning, course design, and coaching to ensure operational excellence and high-quality client service in a fast-paced, global service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver new hire training programs and refresher training for existing staff
* Implement and monitor training and development strategies
* Coordinate training schedules and shift allocations for new hires
* Collaborate with department managers to align training with business needs
* Design training content, job aids, and online learning modules (videos/e-learning)
* Coach and support employees during their introductory period
* Facilitate client-led “Train the Trainer” sessions
* Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* 2+ years of training experience
* Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with e-learning/video tools preferred
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
