Position: Senior Account Manager (Sales & Procurement)
Location: Panjim, Goa
Experience: 2+ years of experience

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate (Pharmacy qualification preferred)
Shift Timing: 11.30 am- 8.30 pm (Saturday- Sunday fixed off)
Salary: ?40,000 – ?60,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management: Identify and engage potential clients through market research and cold calling.
Open trading accounts for new clients and maintains existing accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct regular monthly meetings with clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure favourable deals.
Procurement & Order Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Place orders and ensure timely procurement of products.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
Maintain a balance between sales and procurement to meet business objectives.
General: Make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and procurement operations.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience: 2+ years in customer service with mandatory cold-calling experience.
Confident in online client interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities.
Soft Skills: Team player, self-motivated, time management skills, and fluency in English.
