*What We Are Looking For:*
– An individual with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Tourism or related field.
– Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and mentor effectively.
– Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
– Strong leadership abilities, including setting clear goals and fostering collaboration.
– Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
– Knowledge of the travel and leisure industry, including market trends and competitor activities.
– Additional language skills are a plus.
– Experience in leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback.
– Knowledge of setting clear sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance, and addressing issues proactively.
– Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base.
– Capability to act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, fostering collaboration.
– Awareness of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
