Job Title: Back Office/Admin/Inventory Management Executive/Intern

Responsibilities:

Excel Proficiency:
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other features.
Inventory Management Experience:
Manage inventory for wholesalers/supermarkets dealing in FMCG, Pharma Goods, Hardware, and Spare Parts.
Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in similar roles is advantageous.
Freshers with Excel Skills:
Freshers are welcome to apply, but a strong understanding of Excel is required.
Location Preference:
Ideally located in or around Mapusa (5-10Km).
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Communication:
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and other Team Members.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and administrative challenges.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members for improved efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
Profile Preference
Ideally Women Candidates/ Married Unmarried or Specially Abled Persons will be preferred. Owning a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
Person should have an analytical mind, should be able to go thru data and make intelligent decisions, spot trends and clean and present the data in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

Having computer skills like Ms Words etc
