Overview
Job Summary: The HR Executive (Goa) is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of the organization in Goa. This includes recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to Goa.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives and are compliant with labor laws and regulations specific to Goa.
Manage the recruitment and selection process in Goa, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations in Goa to ensure that new employees are properly introduced to the organization and its policies.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs in Goa to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Conduct performance evaluations in Goa and provide feedback to employees to improve their performance.
Manage employee relations issues in Goa, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to Goa, including Goa Shops and Establishment Act and Goa Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules.
Maintain employee records and HR databases in Goa to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders in Goa.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in Goa.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to Goa.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
