Overview
The role
We are looking for an organised, dependable intern to help manage day-to-day operations at WatchGrid. You will help keep customer enquiries moving, coordinate with installation teams and maintain clear records of what needs to happen next.
You do not need prior CCTV experience. You should be comfortable speaking to customers, following up politely and keeping track of several tasks without losing the details.
What you will do
• Respond to enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website forms and social media.
• Collect basic customer requirements, including location, property type, installation or repair needs, and preferred site-visit timings.
• Maintain an enquiry tracker with accurate contact details, status and next steps.
• Coordinate site visits with customers and installation teams.
• Follow up on quotations, pending customer responses and installation schedules.
• Keep customers informed about appointments and changes.
• Track ongoing jobs and flag delays or unresolved issues.
• Follow up after completed work to collect feedback and request honest customer reviews.
• Organise approved project photographs and basic job details for website and social media use, with customer permission.
• Help maintain business information on local directories and company profiles.
• Prepare a short weekly update covering enquiries, visits, quotations, completed jobs and pending actions.
Who we are looking for
• A student or recent graduate in business, commerce, management or a related field.
• Clear spoken and written English. Hindi or Konkani would be helpful.
• Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel, email and WhatsApp.
• Good attention to detail and a habit of following through.
• A polite, practical approach to customer communication.
• Willingness to learn basic CCTV terminology and service processes.
• Familiarity with Goa’s towns and areas would be an advantage.
What you will learn
You will gain practical experience in customer coordination, lead tracking, scheduling, service delivery and local business operations. You will see how an enquiry becomes a site visit, a quotation, an installation and an ongoing customer relationship.
This is an operations and coordination role. Technical installation work is handled by the installation team.
