Responsible for reducing rejection / wastage levels within targeted agreed limits.
Monthly MIS reporting with Targets / Status and action plan for improvement relating to Input / Output / Rejection, WIP on floor, On time delivery, Machine utilization and Manpower utilization,
Monitoring activities on production floor.
Maintaining Production floor by implementing 5S Method.
Responsible for plant related compliances, liaising with GIDC, power department etc.
Responsible for factory inspections and audits.
Learn machine functioning during internal training and in turn give training to machine operators
Track and analyse, production and wastage data in ERP.
Designing maintenance schedule, procedures and methods. Organizing routine servicing schedules.
Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts and carry our scheduled maintenance to avoid the equipment breakdowns.
Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment’s.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
Allocating work to a team of fitters.
Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
Carrying out quality inspections.
Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installation.
Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available.
Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
Overseeing machine installation
