Job Details:-

Position Title: – Manager, Finance & Accounts
Location: Verna, Goa
Work Experience: – 10-15 years of experience in Managing Finances, Liasoning with Banks, Raising Funds, Budgeting and Funds Deployment
Education Required: B.Com/ M.Com

Key skills: Budgeting, Finance Strategy, Finance Budgets, Assets Valuation, Funds Deployment, P&L Projections, Cash Flow Projections, Funds Planning, Fund Raising, Costing, Pricing, GST, TDS, Statutory Compliances, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Prepare, Review, monitoring, and managing Finance Budgets.

2.       Collecting, interpreting, reviewing financial information, Predicting future financial trends. Holding Finance Strategy discussions.

3.       Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

4.       P&L and Cash Flow Projections. Funds planning both for working capital and for expansion needs.

5.       Assets Valuation.

6.       Liaising with Banks.

7.       Fund raising assistance i.e. participate in investor meetings, term sheet negotiation etc.

8.       Deployment of funds as per budgets. Monitoring company expenses and evaluating cost-reduction opportunities.

9.       Costing & Pricing.

10.   Advising on taxation matters.

11.   Booking forward contracts / spot contracts for international remittances.

12.   Handling Statutory Compliances GST / TDS / PF / ESIC, Other business and factory-related compliances.

13.   MIS preparation and analysis.

14.   Hiring and Supervising Accounts Team.

Candidate Profile:

·      Intelligent with Good Academics record.

·      Good communication skills.

·      Strong analytical skills, attention to deadline and details.

·      Understanding of the Accounts & Finance principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations.

·      Must have knowledge of Tally ERP.

·      Experience of working in Excel, word and Tally Accounting Software.
