Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social/Digital Media Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, developing and executing social media strategies, and enhancing the company’s online presence. The role requires a creative thinker with in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, excellent communication abilities, and a proven history of successfully managing social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

–         Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity.

–         Develop, produce, and curate engaging, relevant content for multiple social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and articles.

–         Oversee the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, responding to comments and messages, and actively engaging in relevant conversations.

–         Develop and execute strategies to increase the company’s social media following, boost audience engagement, and cultivate brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.

–         Track social media channels for any mentions or discussions about the company, respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, and uphold a positive brand image online.

–         Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and guide future strategy decisions.

–         Work closely with influencers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the company’s social media presence.

–         Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

– A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager.

– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

– Skilled in content creation and curation, with strong writing and editing abilities.

– Experience in creating and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals.

– Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools for tracking and measuring performance.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
