Looking for back-office admin cum accounts to handle accounts, payouts, maintain expenses and clerical work – includes calling, doccuments collection, data maintaining and processing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handeling phone calls, emails, whatsapp while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and attention to Customer Service Excellence.
Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage responsibilities.
Maintaining and processing of clients data .
Managing/replying/analysing client feedback.
Maintaining and handeling of day-to-day Account, cash handeling.

Job Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel and Word.
Ability to work as a team member.
Independent worker/ self-starter.

Working hours – general shifts – 09.00AM to 06:00PM.
