Looking for full-time/part-time Office Admin Assistant + Data Executive for an e-commerce company based in Goa.

Overview

We are looking to hire full-time/part-time Office Admin Assistant + Data Executive for a cluster of e-commerce company based in Goa. We have a couple of B2C platforms and are looking for people who are looking for a successful career in e-commerce, Social Media Marketing & Data Analytics. The Job will involve managing backend operations of the E- Commerce platforms, coordinating with free lancers and other staff that are based and working for the platform from different locations around the world and improving the Traffic and sales for the platforms

1. The candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English
2. Should be from within 20 KM radius of Mapusa (Ideally)
3. Ideally a Graduate however anyone with a flair to learn and decent command on English would do.
4. Should be able to use Microsoft office applications like Ms Words and Excel
5. Post 3 Months job can be partial work from Home
6. Needs to own a Laptop and Internet connection

7. Past experience in a Start Up environment or with an E-commerce Platform or in SEO would be an added advantage however even freshers with a flair to learn my apply.

8. For some aspects of the job, we are also ok with College students who will be passing out this year and are willing to work part time with a Start Up.

The candidates will be trained in all aspects of the Job Including Functioning of an E- Commerce Platform, Set Up of Website, Handling Data Entry, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and more.

Over time the candidate has to take over and lead a team of free lancers who work for us from various parts of India and the world.

After the first 3-6 Months of training based on performance the Job can transition to a partial Work From Home model.

During this period the candidates will have to visit our offices at Mapusa.
