Overview

POSITION FUNCTION:

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. An energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Duties will involve purchasing office supplies, taking proper inventory, making timely payments to vendors and supervising office assistant to ensure maximum productivity. The Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, Bills etc.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Arrange travel & accommodation as & when required.
  • Effectively manage the office and maintain related expenses.
  • Ensure cab is allocated to all resources working in Night team and managing drop facilities
  • Handling employee complaints and resolving it
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Handle minor financial transactions for the office, such as issuing receipts, timely payment to vendors and purchasing needed supplies
  • Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space & office apartments
  • Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of prior experience in a property management environment
