Overview
POSITION FUNCTION:
This position is an essential support role in the Webware.io organization. This role will involve developing, interpreting, analysing and presenting critical data and metrics for the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop, interpret, analyse and present critical data and performance metrics to the management team with high level of accuracy.
To monitor and report KPIs for the Sales and service Delivery functions.
To prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for both Sales and Service Delivery functions
To coordinate and manage ad hoc projects related to data analysis.
Coordinating with the department heads to collect, collate and generate information in pre-determined formats.
Transform big sets of raw data and present them as insights through Dashboards
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be excellent with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Google Sheets & Slides.
Excellent working skills in Hlookup, Vlookup, Lookup, Match, Conditional Formatting, Dashboard, Trend Analysis, Pivot Table, Pivot Table Chart, Macros, proficient in identifying and running data validation scenarios
Analytical thinking and interpersonal skills are critical to the role
EXPERIENCE: 2 – 5 Years experience
REPORTING: Senior Director – Service Delivery
TIMING: 10 AM to 7 PM
