This position is an essential support role in the organization and is responsible for translating business processes into BPMN-compliant process maps while working with all levels of the organization to identify business process activity owners to acquire thorough knowledge of each functional department’s operations and procedures and in turn work independently to draw Process Maps and write a Job Guide to include RACI Matrix, Business Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.


Identify and document workflow processes at an appropriate level of detail and in a consistent format across departments
Review and validate existing documentation and workflows activities/tasks
Interview, observe, etc., to effectively identify and decompose current state process information
Collaborate with process owners, SMEs and the process improvement team to streamline processes with the goal of increasing process efficiency and standardizing processes across functions
Educate members of the organization on business process terminology, modeling, symbols, and workflow process documentation
Facilitate collaborative diagramming meetings to document and validate current work processes
Submit draft workflows for review and approval by process owners
Collaborate with the Process Improvement team to develop and maintain a catalog of process flow diagrams that capture end-to-end business processes and contributes to the creation of process a documentation for the organization


4+ years of experience in a process mapping, analysis and writing and knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Lean Six Sigma training and experience leveraging key Lean management tools and methods, preferred
Proficient using MS Office or Google Documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
Advanced skills using flowcharting software (Lucidchart or Visio) preferred
Knowledge of process improvement and project management tools and techniques
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 Years experience

REPORTING: Senior Director – Service Delivery, and QC sprint Board Members

TIMING: 10 AM to 7 PM
