Overview

We’re building the Shopify for travel. Our customers can get a stunning website for their travel business within minutes; complete, with an online booking engine, back office system, various digital marketing and distribution tools.

What will you be doing

  • Ensuring that initial contact is established with all inbound leads
  •  You will be responsible for converting inbound leads to qualified leads and scheduling follow-up conversations, demos, & discussions with different sales team members
  • Ensuring that no qualified lead is dropped and that follow-up actions are being taken in a timely manner by sales persons
  • In short, you will be in-charge of managing the health of our sales pipeline.

Who do we think will be a good fit:

  • Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both, English AND Hindi; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers – both Indian as well as international
  • Someone who is honest, diligent, persistent but at the same time smart and assertive; who is able to persistently follow up with the salesperson and make sure that leads are not dropped
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
  • Someone with 1-3 years of experience in a similar/related roles (eg. core sales, inbound sales, telesales, lead qualification, etc)
