Overview
Who do we think will be a good fit:
- Freshers with Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, economics, maths or business administration can apply (BSc/MSc /BBA/MBA in one of the above subjects)
- Engineers planning to pursue MBA in the future may also apply
- Someone with strong analytical, problem solving, organizational skills
- Someone with a knack for numbers.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Owning and handling the entire settlement process relating to client payouts received through various payment gateways
- Taking charge of the entire accounting process
- Passing of journal entries
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Identifying and resolving accounting errors
- Managing petty cash
- Managing and processing vendor payments
- Monthly processing of payroll and reimbursements
- Support the Sales team in the accounting process of client acquisition
- Preparing and submitting Sales and Financial reports to the HOD and investors
- Complying with the deadlines of TDS, GST etc in terms of processing and filing
