The candidate will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities for Spintly Smart Access and Attendance Control Products. The position will include discovering and cultivating potential business opportunities, and managing the sales process for the company. Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing sales through Direct/Dealer/Channel Partner.
• Cold calling and walk-ins to generate and qualify new leads
• End to end account handling to complete business cycle.
• Responsible for account receivables with the time defined.
• Effective on-boarding of new clients
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Conduct workshops/demos to educate clients on our products and technologies.
• Analyse the products resourcefulness at client place and track their feedback at regular time intervals.
• Review customer feedback for continuous improvements.
• Building and managing cordial relationship with all clients.

Required Candidate Profile

• Be open to travel for at least 75% of your time within Goa.
• Passionate about sales and ambition to excel.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in automation or software products.
• Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A go-getter and should have ability to work independently, able to build network and generate business.
• Personable, communicative and someone who can build a rapport with all levels of an organisation.
• Creative, passionate about being a part of early stage company and eager to grow with the company.
• Candidates from tech based startups will have added advantage.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Should have experience selling software or automation products.
