Mobobeat – a Mobile advertising network is hiring for Finance Executive. Mobobeat is one of Goa’s coolest startups. Mobobeat was recently featured in TOI , Outlook , Herald and Navhind Times. Mobobeat is growing and expanding and looking to hire Business Development Executives.
ROLE
The role of the job two fold , Finance and HR. On the finance side managing collections & payments. HR – Hiring & sourcing of new candidates for the job openings at Mobobeat.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
Managing the payments receivable and payment to be paid to publishers.
Locate and monitor overdue accounts of clients.
Notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits in order to solicit payment.
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
Recording payments that are made and mapping it to outstanding
Organising customer files (every job has paperwork and admin)
Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and others.
HR & Admin
Prepare job descriptions for new roles at Mobobeat
Source new candidates for the open vacacies.
Conduct the pre-screening interview and scheduling the subsequent rounds of interview
Admin – Manage expenses. Work on visa and booking tickets / Hotels for the Team.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE DESIRED
1 Year + experience , Freshers can also apply.
Strong analytical skills.
Good Communication skills.
Quick learner, Must be comfortable with a fast paced startup environment.
Attention to detail.
Candidates from Goa preferred.
