Overview

Immediate Requirement

Role: Content Specialist
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Analyse Corporate Training needs and objectives and work with Clients/ Subject Matter Experts (wherever necessary) to design engaging mobile learning content.
  • Analyse existing training content in raw format (Presentations, Documents, etc.) and develop it into engaging, ‘bite-sized’, ‘easy-to-digest’ modules fit for mobile consumption by the target audience. This will require development of interesting storyboards.
  • (Training content can be from a variety of industries like BFSI or Retail, Hospitality, etc. and a variety of functions like Induction Process, Product information or Sales)
  • Create assessments based on the training material or through research: Multiple Choice Questions, Match the Pairs, Scenarios–based questions (based on videos or images, for example)
  • Collaborate with in-house or external creative teams of Graphic Designers, Multimedia content producers) in order to deliver engaging content
  • Collaborate on creative treatment for communication collateral such as Blogs, Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), Notification and SMS content
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast paced (start-up) environment

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Communications/English literature Graduate with excellent spoken and written communications skills. Masters in English Literature/Mass Communication preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in content development; candidates with ELearning background would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design models such as the ADDIE model would be an added advantage
  • Language: English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
  • Timeline: Should be able to join us latest by October 30, 2018
