Overview:
Looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to provide a single point of contact for customers to interact for all communication, documentation. This includes calling, doccuments collection in soft form, maintaining data and assisting clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handeling phone calls, emails, whatsapp while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and attention to Customer Service Excellence.
Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage responsibilities.
Maintaining and processing of clients data .
Managing/replying/analysing client feedback.
Account handeling.

Job Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel and Word.
Ability to work as a team member.
Independent worker/ self-starter.
Customer management.

Working hours – general shifts (09.00AM to 06:00PM).
