Overview

  • 2-3 years of experience working as Graphic Designer.
  • Expected to provide creative support to the Ideator/copywriter by participating in ideation for communication campaign design
  • Should have a good grasp of the visual/communication design language
  • Should be able to visualise and create layouts for communication campaigns, information products like brochures, leaflets, posters and electronic mailers and newsletters
  • Should be a complete master on design software like Corel draw, photoshop, indesign, illustrator etc
  • Ability to illustrate, paint, clay modelling will be a huge added advantage
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Expertise – print design, web design, illustration, branding & logo design, signage. pagemaker, after-effects, flash etc
  • Prepare and conduct UX research
  • Outline audience personas according to brand, business and user requirements
  • Visualize the user journey from start to finish and articulate it through experience design
  • Prioritize content, functions and features according to strategic research
  • Create and develop clean, end-to-end user experiences that meet project goals and objectives
  • Deliver user flows, wireframes with detailed annotations, interactive prototypes, detailed mockups and GUI libraries.
  • Create concepts for marketing campaigns and identity designs, including print marketing materials if needed.
  • Produce wireframes (including appropriate responsive states) and other prototypes
  • Present rationale for wireframes to both internal and client audiences
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Strategy, Design and Technology teams to ensure the timely and on budget delivery of user experience
  • Follow industry best practices for UX design and processes, gathering sufficient information to support appropriate recommendation for any given platform or technology
  • Be an advocate for the user in each project
  • Conduct usability tests on select projects to ensure that we succeed in creating a usable experience
  • Analyze ongoing user activity according to pre-determined criteria to determine / measure project success
  • Develop monthly client reports on user activity highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • You speak in CSS3 and HTML5 and have a strong understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator; Axure or OmniGraffle experience a plus.
  • You have experience in user-centered design, working on projects involving competitor research and initial storyboarding, as well as developing prototypes and providing final graphic assets.
  • You have ability to work with technology experts to uncover and understand technology requirements and capabilities as they relate to design deliverables.
  • You have strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation and you can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment like ours.
  • You are a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project.
  • You dream in pixels and mock-ups and were agitated when you saw this line out of its place.
