ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find great people
- Recruit great people
- Develop and implement policies to keep our people happy
- Keep us compliant and make sure the government is happy
- Work with our international teams and senior HR manager
ABOUT YOU
- Have an MBA or comparable degree with a focus on human resources
- Excellent communication in English and many extra points for Hindi, Konkani & French
- Excellent documentation & presentation skills
- Intensely detail-oriented
- Smell of team spirit
