Goa.me is Goa’s largest online community. Our network reaches over a million people across the world that love Goa and travel here.
We’ve built this platform on the back of sound digital strategies, and excellent core team, good funding and very strong ethics. Our product is successful because of it’s focused simplicity, lack of ugly advertising and a very well developed network of contributors.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage our online assets that include Goa’s largest social media presence on Instagram, Facebook etc.
You MUST have:
1. Excellent English skills.
– Show us three blog posts you’ve written.
2. At least one year of social media management experience with a travel or lifestyle brand.
– Show us links to social media profiles you’ve managed.
3. Extremely digitally savvy. If you don’t have a smartphone and aren’t active on at least 3 social networks, please do not apply. 🙂
4. Have lived in or visited Goa.
It would be nice if you are:
1. Based in Goa or are willing to relocate here.
2. Are a great content writer and have a portfolio of at least 20 articles you’ve written.
3. Have good photography skills.
4. Skilled photoshopper
5. Have a background in journalism, media, design etc.

Compensation:
We offer above industry average compensation. Additionally, the nature of this job means you will enjoy free stays at hotels and meals at restaurants that would like to be reviewed by us. Your network will also grow significantly. We are pretty decent people to hang out with too.
