Overview
Key Responsibilities
· Analyse the B2B market scenario in Goa to identify new leads and pitch the services provided by FreightRates.in
· Lead and Manage day-to-day operations along with managing escalations for existing clients
· Increase the number of Transporters on the platform, improve on outreach and routes/lanes covered
Demonstrated Abilities
· We are looking for a smart and analytical person, who is passionate about Logistics
· This role is for those candidates who thrive on driving change, building an organization and working with internal/external teams to build the right technology and service for end customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1-2 years’ experience in logistics domain dealing with transporters and end customers
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Good understanding of intricacies in and around running a technology based business model
· Experience supporting customers internally and externally
· Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
Additional requirements
· The job will involve meeting customers and Transporters in Goa, hence 2-4 wheeler is a must along with valid driving license
· Candidate will be operating from home, Should possess a laptop / pc (with internet connectivity) to login to the company platform, mobile phone to attend queries / client calls
