Overview
Brizzo Digital is looking for a Graphic Designer for our team with relevant knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions for them.
This is a full-time position and is located at Panaji, Goa.
Skills
Proactively work on creative ideas
Expert in any one of the Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.) and CorelDraw
While these are technical skills and can be acquired, more emphasis is on design aesthetics
Typography, colours and their magical impact on designs along with designs that are apt to the brief and relay the messages correctly while aiding the copy/thought is more important.
Experience as a graphic/web designer, visual designer or a similar role
You may/may not have interpersonal skills, however the maverick mindset in the language of design needs to be very clear.

A sense of humour
Communication and collaboration skills that allow you to successfully partner with other team members (technical and non-technical)
High degree of independent judgement with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills. You should possess a go-getter attitude and must be a dedicated team player. You should have the ability to prioritise and manage various projects based on changing business requirements.
You should be able to take on leadership roles when required
You should be a good teammate and be able to guide a junior team in the future to make great designs
Self-driven and passionate to create brilliant design and initiate ideas that will help the brands stand out
Have a meticulous eye for detail and good design. Open to learning new technologies. Capable of finishing projects on time.
Job Description
Work closely with the marketing and development teams to develop concepts such as social media creatives/brochures, etc.
Brainstorm with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching, proposals and marketing collaterals
Creating all the digital collateral like Social media creatives, Emailers, Google Display Ads, front-end web designing etc.
Draft the overall look and feel of websites and digital touch points
Design online assets: landing pages, micro-sites, etc.
Emailer design and social media campaign creatives
Producing print-ready collateral including brochures, posters, flyers, and displays stands etc.
Create illustrations for social media content and infographics
You need to be open to the iterative process of development – there will be continual research and feedback to help improve the creatives, collateral and deliverables, so an open mind set of ‘learning and correcting’ on the go is necessary.
Working Days: Monday through Friday (09:00 am to 06:00 pm)
Location: EDC Complex, Panaji, Goa
