The Goa Information Technology Innovation Centre (GITIC) organized the August session of its Tech Fridays, which are aimed towards entrepreneurs, on August 30 at the Baba’s Wood Café, Mala.

The session featured noted angel investor, Puranjaya Singh, who enlightened the attendees about the challenges face by a new start-up. He also discussed the various methods to get financial support besides mentoring from top investors. Interesting questions like accountancy, records and even ‘black money’ were discussed by the participants.

The participants, which included young entrepreneurs, besides established businessmen found the lightweight session very useful as it discussed the major problems faced by most of the people in the domain. Puranjaya also interacted with all the attendees and shared some words of advice with each of them. Ashton Souza, Director of GITIC, thanked the guest for sharing his valuable time.
