Institute of Research and Development commonly called (IRD) will be organizing what they call ICEBM 2013, which is going to be a conference where Students, Engineers, Scientists and Researchers will openly share their knowledge on ideas in varying fields. The organizers are planning to turn this conference into an annual one so it will be recognized as a conference with a platform for discussing ideas (electrical, electronic etc) openly.
